In the operation of information service business, CSK ServiceWare handles classified information including personal information possessed by clients. On this account, we have made every possible effort to manage and protect information thoroughly, valuing information. With a keen awareness of the value of personal information and the importance of its protection, we are taking the following actions.

After establishing a management system, which is compliant with JIS Q 15001, for the protection of personal information, CSK ServiceWare will execute, maintain and keep improving this system (a management system which includes the verification and review of policies, structures, plans, practice and operation for protecting personal information.).
We will comply with prescribed regulations and rules when collecting, using and delivering personal information, and take proper measures for handling it appropriately without using it for unintended purposes, as well as establish an organization management system for protecting personal information, taking our business and size into consideration.
We will take necessary and appropriate measures for safety control of personal information in order to prevent information leakage and loss or impairment.
We will comply with laws, guidelines and other standards set up by the Japanese government. We will also adjust our management system for protection of personal information in accordance with these laws and other standards.
With regard to complaints and consultation about personal information, we will strive to solve problems by responding to them appropriately and promptly.
